This 17-second Lancing video shows clear bottles travelling on a flat powered conveyor while green side guides keep the containers within the handling lane. It is useful for discussing product support, guide position and spacing, but it does not by itself confirm suitability for a different bottle, fill condition, speed, transfer or production environment.

Video is useful evidence only when the viewer knows the product, operating state and test conditions. Use it to identify questions, then record the measurements and trial results needed for the actual conveyor specification.

  1. Choose the samplesInclude the smallest, largest, lightest, heaviest or least stable variants that could control the design. Where empty and filled containers behave differently, include both states.
  2. Define the routeRecord straight lengths, curves, inclines, transfer heights, adjacent machines and the guide opening required for each format.
  3. Run the operating statesObserve normal flow, controlled stop, loaded restart, downstream blockage and the expected queue or accumulation condition.
  4. Record the resultKeep the product identity, measured settings, video angle, result and any adjustment together so the evidence can be repeated.
