A good conveyor quote depends on practical details. The clearer the brief, the easier it is to select the right conveyor type, layout and support route.
Quote checklist
Send product details first: length, width, height, diameter where relevant, weight, base shape, stability and whether the item is empty, filled, sealed or labelled.
Send the route next: overall length, width, start height, discharge height, bends, inclines, curves, transfers, operator positions and neighbouring equipment.
Finally send the operating details: speed target, products per minute or hour, environment, cleaning needs, power supply, controls, installation constraints and any repeated problems you want to solve.
