Application hub
The existing application pages are grouped below by the engineering task they solve. This avoids treating every machine name as a different conveyor principle and gives a clearer route to the most relevant guidance.
Showing all application groups.
Controlled presentation into fillers, cappers, labellers, coders and related machinery.
Discharge, spacing and buffering after a machine without creating a downstream bottleneck.
Guides, curves, transfers and accumulation for containers that can tip, scuff or crowd.
Stable product travel through coding, vision, checking and metal-detection processes.
Flow into manual or automatic packing, case handling and dispatch preparation.
Driven movement of cartons, trays and totes through packing and dispatch areas.
A filler infeed, capper infeed and labeller infeed can all use similar powered transfer principles, but the product condition and interface are different. Empty containers may be light and unstable; filled containers may be heavier and wet; labelled packs may need reduced guide contact. The engineering brief should therefore describe the pack state at each transfer, not only the machine name.
For complete filling, capping and labelling line ownership, use Packaging Lines UK. For dedicated empty-bottle orientation before the conveyor, use Bottle Unscramblers UK.
Application review
Lancing can review the load, transfer point and line behaviour to identify the most appropriate conveyor family and control approach.
