Belt Conveyor Systems
Flat belt, food-grade, cleated and modular belt conveyors for product transfer, packing and line linking.
Good for cartons, packs and components that need full-base support.

Accumulation helps a line continue through short stoppages or speed differences, but it must be designed around the product rather than added as spare conveyor length.
Accumulation guide
The first question is why accumulation is needed. If a downstream machine stops for short periods, a buffer may let the upstream machine continue. If manual packing varies in pace, accumulation may smooth the flow.
The second question is whether products can touch. Bottles, labelled packs, fragile products or unstable containers may need low-pressure handling or controlled release to avoid damage or tipping.
The third question is how much buffer is practical. Buffer quantity depends on product footprint, line speed, stoppage duration and available space.

Not always. It helps when stoppages or speed mismatches are limiting flow, but it cannot fix every process constraint.
Fragile, labelled, unstable or presentation-sensitive products often need careful pressure control.
It is estimated from line speed, product footprint, expected stoppage time and available space.
