Production line upgrades use new or revised conveyors to remove bottlenecks, reduce manual handling and improve the way products move through existing equipment.
Specification notes
Not every project needs a full new line. A targeted conveyor upgrade can improve line flow by replacing weak transfer points, adding a buffer, changing a route, improving packing access or connecting two machines more effectively.
Retrofit projects need careful checks because the new conveyor must fit the current footprint, machine heights, controls and operator routines. It should solve the actual production constraint rather than simply add more movement.
Useful starting evidence includes photos, layout sketches, products, line speed, stoppage logs and a short explanation of where operators currently intervene.

Frequently asked questions
Often yes, subject to height, space, access, controls, guarding and product-transfer checks.
Frequent jams, manual moving, poor product spacing, fallen containers, operator bottlenecks or downstream machines waiting for product are common signs.
For complex or constrained layouts, a survey is usually helpful so measurements, access and machine interfaces are correct.
